Communication & Enrollment Specialist, Online Education Position Summary Florida College is seeking a Communication & Enrollment Specialist to support the growth of Fortress Christian School and other online education initiatives. Reporting to the Coordinator of Enrollment & Engagement, this position will help drive enrollment through strategic marketing, digital communications, event outreach, and relationship -building with prospective families. The ideal candidate is a creative and data -informed communicator who can develop compelling marketing campaigns, manage digital content, coordinate recruitment efforts, and represent Fortress Christian School at events nationwide. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing and enrollment strategies that increase awareness and student enrollment. • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email communications, and online advertising. • Design engaging marketing materials, graphics, photography, and video content. • Maintain and update website content and other digital communication platforms. • Manage CRM communications, lead tracking, and enrollment reporting. • Coordinate participation in homeschool conventions, Christian education conferences, church events, and other recruitment opportunities. • Support newsletters, webinars, virtual events, and family engagement initiatives. • Collaborate with Florida College Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure brand consistency and effective recruitment practices. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. • Experience in marketing, communications, enrollment, or a related field. • Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and graphic design. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to analyze data, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively across departments. • Willingness to travel periodically for recruitment and outreach events.
