Seeking an entry-level, paid, full-time Student Success Coach and Mentor as part of a City Year AmeriCorps team.
About the role:
- Support elementary to high school students in academics, attendance, and behavior
- Plan and monitor individual progress; collaborate with teachers
- Facilitate small group and one-on-one coaching
- Lead activities to develop literacy, math, and interpersonal skills
- Assist with classroom management and create engaging, safe learning environments
- Support school-wide initiatives and extracurricular programs

Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident (DACA not eligible)
- Aged 17-25 by July 1, 2025
- High school diploma, some college, or degree
