Position Type:Required- Technical diploma or engineering background (mechanical, electrical, automation/controls, or chemical).
- Hands-on Com/Qual field experience in pharma utilities/HVAC/water/automation.
- Able to read P&IDs, sequences of operation; competent with field instrumentations and calibrations (anemometer, DP gauge, etc.).
- Kneat / paperless execution experience preferred.
Responsibilities:- Perform walkdowns, pre-commissioning checks, and commissioning test execution.
- Execute testing: HVAC airflow/balancing and room pressurization; water loop flushing/passivation and sampling; gas leak/purity verification; electrical/UPS; BMS/EMS.
- Record results, attach evidence, and manage exceptions/punch items.
- Raise and document deviations/discrepancies; support root-cause and resolution.
- Support vendor activities and SAT; apply GDP and follow all LOTO/permit/EHS requirements.
