Border Tire is hiring a Commerical Tire Consultant in Bakersfield, CA!/strong/ppAstrongCommercial Tire Consultant/strongsells commercial tires to customers by performing the following duties./ppstrongKey measures of success include:/strong/pul liStrive to make incremental improvements in sales to have a dramatic impact on business./li liIdentify sales opportunities, customer needs, challenges, buying criteria, and decision-making./li liEnsures company goals are met./li/ulpstrong*** Experience Required - Guarantee will be based on experience.***/strong/ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pul liPromote the sale of commercial tires, retreads, other tires, and tire services to our current commercial accounts and establish new accounts to service./li liCoordinate service work with the Service Department./li liActively seeking and developing new accounts and representing the company to potential customers./li liMaintain a high level of product knowledge to stay up to date on new industry developments./li liMaintains professional appearance./li liMeeting sales goals established by management./li liDelivering tires to customers as needed, including loading and unloading tires./li liConducting fleet needs evaluations and providing customers with cost analysis and benefits./li liMaintain client and prospect customers databases./li liEvaluate customer needs and make recommendations based on their needs./li liFollow departmental procedures in completing tire paperwork using available system tools./li liMust have a current, valid drivers license for the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties./li liMust maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our companys liability insurance policy./li liOther duties may be assigned./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pul liMust have a valid drivers license and clean MVR record./li liPhenomenal customer service skills: serve as a role model, trainer, and motivator in delivering excellent customer service to all customers./li liFinancial skills: sales driven professional with the ability to control and understand costs and deliver results that exceed expectations./li liStrong verbal and written communication skills./li liBeing bilingual is a plus./li liExcellent organizational and time management skills./li liThe high energy level and positive attitude./li liMinimum 2 to 3 years of commercial tire sales experience./li liBroad knowledge of commercial truck tires and retreads./li/ulbr /strongJob Benefits:/strongul li401(k)/li liDental Insurance/li liHealth Insurance/li liLife Insurance/li liPaid Time Off/li liTuition Reimbursement/li liVision insurance/li/ulpemstrongBenefit Conditions:/strong/em/pul liOnly full-time employees are eligible./li/ulp/ppstrongWe are available when you need us most: 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year./strong/p Pay Range: 75000.00-150000.00 per_year, General Benefits: 401(k), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, Vision insurance
