Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Champion safety by completing daily reports, conducting risk assessments, and developing site-specific safety plans to ensure adherence to all policies and eliminate hazards
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control plans to ensure subcontractor work meets and exceeds contract standards
Manage site operations to achieve project safety, quality, production goals, and contractual requirements on time and under budget
Schedule, coordinate, and supervise field activities, jobsite deliveries, vendors, and subcontractors
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams
Assist in preconstruction activities and constructability reviews as needed
Oversee overall site planning, management, and control to drive successful project outcomes

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or similar senior field leadership role
Strong background in commercial construction projects (higher education, healthcare, infrastructure preferred)
Demonstrated commitment to safety-first leadership and quality assurance
Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget
