Commercial Construction Superintendent — Institutional Projects

Location: Hendersonville, NC (Western NC region)

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

A confidential search on behalf of an established general contractor with a strong project pipeline across Western North Carolina. We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to take full field ownership of ground-up and renovation builds in the institutional and public-sector space. This is a long-term seat with a builder known for its project quality and tenured field leadership.

What You'll Be Building

• New commercial construction
• Healthcare facilities — new builds and active-facility renovations
• College and university campus projects

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years running commercial work as the lead Super on site (not assistant-level)
• Full ownership of jobsite safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination
• Direct experience on healthcare and /or  higher education
• Comfort working closely with owners and design teams from project handoff through closeout
• Track record of staying with employers...we are looking for someone who plants roots, not someone with a new logo on their resume every 18 months
• There is no relocation package for this position
