This role involves leading site operations for high-profile healthcare and commercial construction projects in Central Ohio with a long-term pipeline.
As a Superintendent, you will oversee daily site activities from mobilization to closeout, coordinate subcontractors and schedules, enforce safety standards to ensure a zero-incident environment, and partner with project managers to control quality, costs, and timelines. You will serve as the onsite point of contact for clients and inspectors.
The ideal candidate has 8-15 years of superintendent experience on large projects, preferably in healthcare, higher education, or complex interiors, with proven leadership of crews over 50. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction sequencing is required, along with a willingness to work on-site in Columbus.
Offers include a salary of $90,000-$120,000 plus bonus, comprehensive health benefits, a long-term project pipeline, and a 401(k).
