About the Role


We are seeking professional, safety-oriented Commercial Drivers to join our premier transportation team. You will be responsible for operating shuttle buses on designated routes, providing high-quality, reliable transit for our clients in the Chula Vista area. We pride ourselves on maintaining a top-tier fleet and delivering a superior passenger experience.


Job Responsibilities


  • Operate a commercial shuttle bus safely along fixed or assigned routes.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical reliability.

  • Maintain a clean and professional vehicle interior.

  • Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety protocols.

Qualifications


  • License Requirements:Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement is REQUIRED.

  • Driving Record:Must have a clean 5-year driving record. No violations or accidents.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles.

  • Clearance: Ability to pass a comprehensive DOJ background check and drug/alcohol screening.

  • Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and a positive "customer-first" attitude.

  • Urgency: Available to start immediately.
