As the Commercial Services Underwriting Coordinator, you'll serve as a central point of coordination for commercial searches, underwriting support, and client communication, helping ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service. What You'll Do:

  • Manage the coordinated search process from initial request through completion.
  • Receive, review, and acknowledge search requests while communicating timelines and next steps to clients.
  • Obtain search quotes, present pricing to clients, secure approvals, and document activity within files.
  • Order approved searches, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of all requests.
  • Track search-related payments and assist with resolving outstanding items.
  • Conduct prior policy searches to support underwriting and closing activities.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of prior policy information and communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor the Commercial Services inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of requests.
  • Maintain accurate records, task management, and workflow tracking throughout the process.

What We're Looking For:

  • Real estate, title, mortgage, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
