Gentry Service Group is hiring a Commercial Service Manager who wants more than just a management title. Schedule Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (Full-time office/field leadership role)

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow the commercial service department - managing daily operations, dispatching, and technician performance
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of commercial HVAC technicians
  • Oversee service agreements, warranty claims, inventory, and fleet management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while reviewing quotes and ensuring timely, high-quality work
  • Collaborate with installation and residential teams to create seamless service across the company

What You Need

  • 5+ years of proven HVAC service management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent at follow-through
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office and service/dispatch systems)
  • A motivated, top-performer mindset who thrives on challenge and accountability
