Commercial Appointment Setter (Outside Sales)

Help Build Our Commercial Sales Division

Simply Lawn Care is one of the fastest-growing landscaping companies on the North Shore. After building a successful residential business, we're launching our commercial division—and we're looking for motivated people who want to help build it from the ground up.

If you're outgoing, competitive, and enjoy meeting new people, this is an opportunity to gain real B2B sales experience while earning performance-based pay.

No previous sales experience? That's okay. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability. We'll teach you our sales process.

What You'll Do

• Visit commercial properties throughout the North Shore
• Introduce Simply Lawn Care to business owners and property managers
• Build relationships with local businesses
• Schedule qualified appointments for our Commercial Account Executive
• Track daily activity and appointments
• Represent Simply Lawn Care professionally in the field

This is an outside sales position. You'll spend your days meeting people face-to-face—not sitting behind a desk making cold calls.

Compensation

• $20/hour after successfully completing our paid two-week training period
• Training pay: $15/hour + bonuses
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Commission on every contract that closes from appointments you generate
• $30/week gas stipend
• Company uniforms provided
• 30–40 hours per week

Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more through bonuses.

Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We'll teach you our process. We care far more about your work ethic and attitude than your résumé.

Paid Training Period

Your first two weeks are a paid training period designed to prepare you for success.

During training you'll learn:

• Our sales process
• How to qualify commercial prospects
• Our CRM and appointment system
• Effective prospecting techniques

Employees who successfully complete training transition to $20/hour plus bonuses and commissions.
