As we expand our commercial division across Miami-Dade, we are seeking an experienced sales professional with an established network in property management and commercial services.


This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a proven closer with demonstrated experience and an existing book of business.

Full-Time Commercial Sales Executive in Miami-Dade County.


What You’ll Do:


Identify, pursue, and secure recurring commercial contracts


Leverage your existing network within:


Property management firms


HOAs and condominium associations


Commercial real estate owners


Facility managers


Cleaning companies and service providers


Develop and present proposals for window cleaning and pressure washing services


Negotiate long-term service agreements


Maintain active client relationships and drive account growth


Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding


Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting


Who You Are:


Proven track record closing B2B commercial service contracts


Demonstrated experience selling into property management or facility services


Established book of business within Miami-Dade preferred


Strong negotiation and executive-level communication skills


Financially literate and comfortable discussing scope, pricing, and service structure


Results-driven and performance-focused


Requirements:


Minimum 3+ years of B2B commercial sales experience


Established network in South Florida required


Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


CRM proficiency preferred


Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is non-negotiable


Schedule & Availability:


Full-time position


Field-based role with flexibility based on sales activity


Weekly sales reporting required
