Compensation:
$100K–$110K Base + Commission (1–2% Variable)

Business Development & Territory Management
Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the Midwest territory (OH, IN, MI, PA)
Drive new business development while managing and growing existing accounts
Achieve or exceed sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
Sales Execution & Client Engagement
Execute tactical sales activities including prospecting, cold calling, proposal development, and client meetings
Identify customer needs and present tailored product and solution offerings
Represent the company at trade shows, workshops, and industry events
Technical Sales & Solution Alignment
Communicate technical product capabilities and align solutions with client requirements
Support ROI and cost-justification discussions with clients
Ensure solutions meet customer expectations and project requirements
Reporting & Collaboration
Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting, and market feedback
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
5+ years of sales and account management experience with commercial organizations
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales revenue targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of solar and wind systems, including site requirements and design criteria
Familiarity with building electrical and HVAC systems and relevant industry codes
Experience with sustainable building design and energy technologies
Ability to develop and present ROI and cost-justification analyses
Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering preferred)
Base Salary: $100,000–$110,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: 1–2% commission on sales
