You will be the service crew's leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Duties and Responsibilities Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles) \u2022 Roof maintenance and repairs \u2022 Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. \u2022 Maintain professional interaction with all customers. \u2022 Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Experience leading commercial roofing crews A valid driver's license Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly \u2022 Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers. Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability. Technology savvy. Working Conditions Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
