About the Opportunity

A leading commercial roofing contractor is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to expand its presence throughout the San Antonio market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a true "hunter" mentality who enjoys developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and earning uncapped commissions.

Commercial roofing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates from adjacent industries—including HVAC, building envelope, waterproofing, flooring, restoration, fire protection, MEP, facilities services, construction materials, and other commercial construction trades—are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Develop relationships with property owners, facility managers, property managers, general contractors, and other commercial decision-makers.
  • Perform roof inspections and identify opportunities for repairs, maintenance, reroofing, and replacement projects.
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Partner with estimating, service, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage sales opportunities through the CRM and maintain an active pipeline.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and commercial roofing solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial construction sales, facilities services, building products, or related B2B industries.
  • Established relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property management firms, industrial accounts, schools, healthcare systems, warehouses, or general contractors preferred.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the territory.
  • Comfortable accessing commercial rooftops for inspections and customer visits.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
