We’re not looking for someone brand new to roofing—we’re looking for someone who already understands the job and is ready to take the next step.
If you’ve worked on a roofing crew before, know your way around a job site, and can keep up with a professional team, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting mechanics and foremen on commercial and residential projects
- Handling materials, tools, and job site setup efficiently
- Assisting with installation and repairs (TPO, EPDM, shingles, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Keeping pace with the crew and contributing to production
What You Need:
- Prior roofing or construction experience REQUIRED
- Basic knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and job site flow
- Ability to work safely at heights and in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay productive throughout the day
- Team-first mindset and willingness to take direction
