Commercial Restoration Project Manager

This is not an IT or business project management role, but hands-on commercial restoration that brings businesses back to life after disaster.

At ServiceMaster Recovery Management (SRM), we don't just rebuild structures-we restore businesses and livelihoods. You'll lead major commercial restoration projects across the country, coordinating teams and resources to help businesses recover when they need it most.

Location: This position is based out of Olathe, Kansas and requires working in the field and the office.

Compensation Details:

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually, plus bonus

What You'll Do:

• Lead high-impact, complex commercial restoration projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety plans
• Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure projects meet timelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations

What It Takes:

• 3-5 years of commercial project management experience (restoration required)
• Demonstrated experience completing estimates with software (Xactimate preferred)
• Familiarity with time and material billing software (experience preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects under pressure
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
• This is a great role if you have a background in Construction Project Management, Disaster Recovery, or Restoration Management
