A True Community Banking Opportunity
If you’re a relationship-driven commercial lender who values autonomy, support, and long-term stability, this is a rare opportunity to join a $1.2B asset, family-owned community bank that blends the capabilities of a larger institution with the feel of a local bank.
This is not a transactional production shop. It’s a full-relationship banking platform where lenders are empowered to build meaningful, long-term client partnerships.
What Makes This Different?
Real Lending Authority
In-house lending limit up to $26MM
Average deal size of $8MM–$10MM
No excessive bureaucracy
You’ll have the ability to structure meaningful transactions without layers of red tape.
Strong Support Structure
Team of 4 experienced lenders
4 dedicated local underwriters
Full operational and treasury support
You focus on relationships and production — the infrastructure is already in place.
Full Relationship Banking Platform
You’ll have access to a complete treasury management suite comparable to larger banks, allowing you to truly compete in the market while maintaining community bank responsiveness.
Lending Focus
The bank is actively focused on:
Owner-Occupied Commercial Real Estate
SBA lending (7(a), 504, USDA)
C&I lending
CRE
Current market emphasis is SBA and owner-occupied transactions.
Production Expectations
Typical market conditions: $25MM–$30MM annually
This is achievable production with the right relationships — not unrealistic volume pressure.
