    Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

    Location: New Jersey or New York Office

    Salary Range: $76,500 - $162,500

    What You'll Do:

    As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate practice. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Transactional Support:

      • Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.
      • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to real estate transactions.
    • Document Management:

      • Organize, maintain, and manage legal documents, contracts, and closing binders.
      • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with legal standards.
    • Client Interaction:

      • Liaise with clients, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate transactions.
      • Provide timely updates and ensure clear communication throughout the transaction process.
    • Research and Analysis:

      • Conduct legal research related to real estate matters.
      • Analyze and summarize complex legal documents and contracts.
    • Closing Coordination:

      • Coordinate and manage real estate closings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and executed properly.
      • Oversee post-closing activities, including the distribution of closing documents and funds.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Experience:

      • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
      • Solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including title and survey reviews, transactions, and leasing.
    • Education:

      • College degree and/or a paralegal certificate.
    • Skills:

      • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Attributes:
