We are partnering with an established Philadelphia law firm to hire a Commercial Real Estate & Finance Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of experience. Job Details

What You'll Do:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial loan documentation.
Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Prepare and negotiate commercial lease agreements.
Conduct due diligence and assist with all phases of commercial real estate transactions.
Coordinate with lenders, developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and title companies to facilitate successful closings.
Provide practical legal counsel to clients throughout each stage of the transaction.

Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Bar admission.
3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
Experience with commercial loan documentation.
Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions and sales.
Commercial leasing experience.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions while delivering exceptional client service.

This is an in-office position based in Philadelphia. The firm's Real Estate team places a strong emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and working closely together on sophisticated transactions.
