Job Details

The firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate & Business Transactions Partner with experience advising businesses, investors, developers, and entrepreneurs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Commercial Real Estate Transactions
Acquisitions & Dispositions
Commercial Leasing
Real Estate Development
Real Estate Finance
Commercial Lending
Business Formation
Corporate Governance
Mergers & Acquisitions
Asset and Stock Sales
Contract Negotiation
Outside General Counsel Services

The ideal candidate enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to clients and building long-term relationships with businesses and organizations.

Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to Connecticut Bar preferred
Significant experience in commercial real estate and/or business transactions
Established portable book of business preferred
Demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships
Strong business development skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in contributing to firm growth
