Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to lead and manage practice sale and healthcare-related real estate transactions from start to finish. This role requires strong commercial real estate experience, business development and canvassing abilities, client advisory skills, and the ability to independently source and drive transaction opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial real estate and be comfortable working autonomously in the Chicagoland area. While prior healthcare or dental experience is not required, the candidate should be open to expanding into the healthcare sector, with training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and prospecting within healthcare real estate and practice transitions.
- Analyze market trends and evaluate opportunities through financial modeling and valuation assessments.
- Facilitate and negotiate deal terms while supporting the development of transaction structures and agreements.
- Oversee transactions from initial sourcing through due diligence and final closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property owners, tenants, and key advisors (legal, financial, etc.).
- Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transaction process.
- Advise clients on market dynamics, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare deal documentation, and provide regular updates throughout each transaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in commercial real estate, investment sales, or advisory roles involving transactions.
- Skilled in business development, including prospecting and generating new opportunities.
- Strong ability to negotiate effectively and provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Capable of independently managing deals from initial sourcing through closing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, including property valuations and deal underwriting.
- Open to expanding into the healthcare sector, with training provided on practice sales.
- Real estate broker license is a plus.
