We are seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Banker/Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of commercial real estate and sales. Position will focus on Commercial Real Estate Debt, Equity and/or Investment sales. Willing to train the right candidate with no or limited experience . Commission based position.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work with senior Managing Director on existing accounts to process new leads and analyze new deals.
  • Drive leads through interacting with new clients.
  • Problem solve for complex financing solutions with commercial properties.
  • Ability to use excel and power point to analyze deals and market them to lenders or other sources.
  • Secure best terms for the client.
  • Follow up through underwriting process to closing.
  • Help with post closing asset management.
Job Type: Full-time

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $1.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
