Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance on various commercial real estate matters, including lease agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
2. Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret complex commercial real estate contracts and agreements, ensuring they comply with all laws and regulations.
3. Represent the company in real estate transactions and proceedings, advocating for the best interests of the company.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders to manage real estate legal matters effectively.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential legal risks.
6. Provide training to the company on commercial real estate legal matters to enhance understanding and compliance.
7. Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's commercial real estate operations and transactions.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
4. Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in commercial real estate.
5. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts and agreements.
6. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure.
10. High level of professional integrity and ethics.
