We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, zoning, entitlements, construction, and loan documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice to our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a deep understanding of commercial law, property law, and legal compliance.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, zoning, and entitlements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, leases, and retail development agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence, title review, and survey review for real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and negotiate financing transactions and loan documentation.
  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including lease agreements, contract law, and property law.
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal writing to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain strong client relations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Solve complex legal problems using analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all transactions and processes.
  • Manage legal cases using legal software.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney.
  • Proven experience in dispositions, real estate transactions, leasing, zoning, entitlements, construction, and loan documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, commercial law, lease agreements, property law, and legal compliance.
  • Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract law.
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relations skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ethics and professionalism.
  • Experience in legal case management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
