Job Description
As a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, you will be an integral part of a small team responsible for delivering accurate property valuations across a diverse portfolio including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, mixed-use developments, and multi-family properties. Leveraging tools such as CoStar, you will conduct thorough market and financial analyses to support our clients, primarily banks and lenders, with detailed appraisal reports and insights. Travel to property sites is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations for various commercial real estate types
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to support appraisal conclusions
- Prepare detailed and accurate appraisal reports for clients
- Coordinate and conduct property inspections
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal
- Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License
- Proficiency with real estate appraisal and market research methodologies
- Experience with property inspection and report writing
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
