RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking and outbound outreach.
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions.
Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate sales and lease agreements.
Analyze market trends and comparable transactions to advise clients.
Maintain relationships and business activity through the firm's CRM and technology platforms.
