Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a dynamic team in the commercial real estate sector. This role requires a dedicated individual who can oversee property operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain the financial health of the properties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and comply with regulations.
- Manage tenant relationships by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Negotiate leases and renewals with prospective and existing tenants.
- Conduct regular property inspections and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and tenant retention.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property operations and tenant interactions.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to obtain quality services at competitive prices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details:
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
