Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned commercial properties
- Manage tenant relationships, requests, and service issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, inspections, and property improvements
- Review budgets, expenses, invoices, and operating performance
- Assist with capital projects and property improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular property visits throughout the city and suburbs
- Partner with ownership, accounting, and vendors to support overall asset performance
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience
- Experience managing office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties preferred
- Strong understanding of vendor management, tenant relations, and property operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel locally to assigned properties throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs
