We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager! This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining the physical condition of the properties, and maximizing occupancy and profitability. This role serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners while overseeing maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, and property operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of assigned commercial properties.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, responding to questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.
- Schedule and oversee contractors and vendors to ensure quality work and compliance with service agreements.
- Monitor property budgets, approve invoices, and assist with financial reporting.
- Ensure rent collection and follow up on delinquent accounts as needed.
- Administer leases, including renewals, amendments, and compliance with lease terms.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Assist with capital improvement projects and coordinate with ownership on property enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, maintenance activities, contracts, and property documentation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of commercial property management experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and property operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
