Known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach, the firm partners closely with developers and owners to execute complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and value engineering.

Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Lead subcontractor and vendor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and company quality standards
  • Coordinate on-site construction activities with superintendents and field teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs for accuracy and constructability
  • Manage change orders, project documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct regular project meetings, site walks, and progress updates with internal and external teams
  • Oversee project closeout, including punch list completion, final inspections, and handover documentation
