Commercial Project Manager

THE PAY & BENEFITS:

• $75,000 - $100,000 per year

YOUR DAY:

• Lead Hand-Off meetings with sales and estimators to establish scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Drive strategic decisions with the project team to keep budgets tight and schedules realistic.
• Provide proactive updates to customers and general contractors-no surprises, ever.
• Send and track RFIs to keep information flowing and issues unblocked.
• Process change orders and approve invoices-accurately, promptly, and with full documentation.
• Schedule and run Close-Out meetings to ensure punch lists are finished and clients are thrilled.

This Commercial Project Manager position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM.

OUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Basic roofing knowledge
• Basic estimating knowledge
• Basic computer skills

Having above average planning and communication skills is a plus!
