Responsibilities
Manage commercial construction projects from inception through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
Monitor project costs and ensure financial goals are achieved
Coordinate project staffing and resource allocation
Identify and mitigate project risks
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
Proven success managing commercial construction projects valued at $15M+
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
