Lead multiple ground-up commercial projects ($3M-$12M)
Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and reporting
Oversee Superintendents and coordinate trade partners
Contribute to bids, proposals, and client relationship management
Conduct regular site visits (50%) to ensure execution quality
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
8+ years in commercial construction project management
