Project Manager to support continued growth in the Charlotte region with an established general contractor. This role focuses on managing ground-up commercial and banking projects with fast-paced delivery schedules.

Description

  • Manage ground-up commercial projects ($3-10M range)
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and estimates
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Profile

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle complex project requirements.
  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience
  • Background in commercial construction (banking preferred)
  • Strong scheduling and self-perform estimating skills
  • Stable work history (strong tenure per role preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software to track progress and performance.

Job Offer

  • $120,000 - $130,000 base salary
  • 3 weeks PTO + summer Friday hours
  • $400/month vehicle allowance + expenses
  • Bonus + profit sharing opportunities
