We are looking for an experienced CommercialProject Manager/Estimator to join our commercial flooring team. This role combines estimating and project management responsibilities, from bidding through project completion.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals for commercial flooring projects
• Manage awarded projects: scheduling, budgeting, material orders, and quality control
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and crews
• Conduct site visits and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate with vendors and installation teams to deliver successful results
Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial flooring or construction project management/estimating
• Knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods (carpet, tile, LVT, wood, sheet
goods, moisture mitigation, self-leveling, etc.) – Not required. Training available upon hire.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license; travel to job sites required
