Commercial Plumbing Supervisor
Location: Memphis, TN
Pay: $35.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available

Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience as a commercial plumbing foreman
- Industrial or commercial plumbing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes, blueprints, OSHA, and specifications
- Experience in plumbing layout, repairs and installation, brazing and soldering, pro pressing, cutting, and threading
- Experience in interpreting schematics, plans, and specifications to safely and efficiently execute projects
- Proficiency in problem-solving, inspection, and measurement techniques
- Ability to safely complete job duties to meet customer expectations

- Expertise in commercial plumbing systems, layouts, and blueprint interpretation
- Excellent communication with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep projects moving
- Organization and resource planning skills to manage manpower, materials, and schedules
- A commitment to quality workmanship, OSHA safety standards, and continuous improvement
- Adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced construction environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial plumbing teams from project kickoff through completion
- Coordinate daily operations, manpower, materials, and equipment
- Ensure installations meet company standards, project specifications, and code requirements
- Drive productivity while maintaining a safe and efficient jobsite
- Build a positive team culture by coaching and supporting plumbers and apprentices
