About the Role
Coordinates and supports field supervisors, ensuring effective commercial plumbing services and customer satisfaction. Works independently on complex issues and reports to the CS Field Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with CS Field Manager to report task highlights (office, phone call or in the field).
Meet w/ Quality Control person to go over jobs from day before and current day.
Meet with all supervisors (Huddle) to review daily accomplishments (office, phone, Teams or in the field)
Assign supervisors to all larger more difficult jobs. Confirm material and equipment are correct, ordered, and available before the jobs begin.
Assign estimates to supervisors and follow up for timely completion.
Review all estimates and awarded jobs to confirm labor, material, and equipment accuracy.
Be available for field team members who may have issues with their supervisor.
Monitor Contract scheduling.
Maintain and monitor a rental log of all equipment, require supervisor accountability.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in commercial plumbing service
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and equipment
Experience leading supervisors and field teams
Able to manage multiple jobs and teams at the same time
Experience with estimating, job costing, and maintaining profit margins
Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently
Good communication and team leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Focused on customer satisfaction and overall performance
