We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Supervisor to oversee waste and recycling operations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30am-1pm; Rotating Weekends.
Responsibilities include supervising collection, disposal, and recycling teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing operational procedures, monitoring performance, managing staff, handling customer issues, and maintaining safety and equipment standards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), proven supervisory experience in waste management or transportation, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a plus.
