(overtime as needed) Application Window The Application window is expected to close on 05/02/2025 Position Summary: Engineers will utilize specific software to create detailed and accurate manufacturing drawings from architectural plans and specifications. These drawings will be used for manufacturing, installation, and job coordination of all millwork and associated products. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Use Microvellum Toolbox Standard softwareto produce detailed and accurate manufacturing drawings from architectural plans and specifications. Ability to read and understand architectural documents, including the ability to determine the millwork scope requirements. Communicate with other departments (Project Management, Production, Installation) to ensure details of a project are understood and/or to address concerns, make updates as needed. Must be able to identify errors and/or omissions on architectural drawings and request clarification. Have an understanding of standard building construction methods. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline orientated environment. Maintain work area, organized and orderly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Qualifications Desired: 5+ years of AutoCAD 2010 or higher required. Microvellum software experienceis preferred. Bachelor's degree in Architect and/or Engineering or equivalent previous relevant experience. 5+ years of related work experience (millwork and casework drafting required). Previous experience and knowledge of building millwork and/or casework products is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
