Growing, independently owned, top level agency in the DFW Mid-Cities area is seeking an experienced Commercial Producer to join the firm as a Senior Producer or Risk Advisor as they climb to the next level.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 7 or more years of commercial insurance experience
  • Existing book of $750k or more in annual revenue
  • Strong, technical confidence in advising business owners
  • Interest in leadership, mentoring, or practice building.
 
Key industries are construction, manufacturing, real estate, oil & rigging.  Significant construction experience is highly desired. 
 
Our client offers an outstanding compensation package, including a base salary, generous commission and excellent incentives.
 
Willing to compensate appropriately while waiting out a non-compete/non-piracy agreement, additionally willing to buy a book of business.
 
Compensation is commensurate with skill set and experience.
