Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven experience negotiating business and commercial terms directly with large enterprise customers.
• Highly detailed and process-oriented, with practical experience in vendor management.
• Strong background in change management and guiding teams through evolving business landscapes.
• A natural curiosity for and adeptness with artificial intelligence technology, particularly how it can be applied to optimize contract workflows.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and alignment skills across matrixed organizations.

Global Deal Pursuit, a customer engagement team, is closely aligned with Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM_ Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to address unique customer needs, win workloads, support Pre-GA offerings, and displace competition. Our team provides Custom and Standard enablement.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Execute critical agreement negotiations and manage lifecycles.
• Structure agreement strategy, seller, customer, and partner engagement.
• Solve complex issues by contributing Subject Matter Expertise on key initiatives for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Foster collective knowledge growth and develop targeted solutions.
• Drive improvement in our processes and offerings, enhancing work hygeine and organization.
