The Commercial Loan Post Closing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of commercial loan documentation, data entry, and related tasks to support the loan origination process.
- Review approved loans for conditions, compliance, disclosures, and documentation accuracy.
- Calculate figures, prepare closing documents, and resolve errors.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and verify document consistency.
- Communicate with internal and external parties to address closing issues and discrepancies.
- Review documents from attorneys or title companies before closing.
- Track and coordinate closing dates, issue instructions, and order title work.
- Make corrections to documents and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, with 3+ years of related experience or equivalent education and training.
