Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 annually [$24.04 per hour- $33.65 per hour]
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Additional Compensation: Employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs.
Total Compensation: In addition to base pay, this position may include performance-based salary increases. Final compensation will be based on skills experience, and internal equity.
About the Role:
We are seeking an individual who will provide administrative support to an assigned Commercial Loan Officer(s) by assisting in the coordination of loan documentation requests and portfolio management. This individual is responsible for ensuring all supporting documentation is received and reviewed in accordance with credit policy and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations prior to requesting loan documents on new loans, renewals, and extension requests. Additionally, this individual will assist commercial loan officers with exceptions, ticklers, covenant compliance, maturities, delinquencies, and other administrative duties as required.

Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively interacting with clients and providing them with timely updates on their loan status. Preferred skills, such as familiarity with commercial lending processes, will enhance the assistant's ability to support loan officers and navigate complex applications. Proficiency in relevant software tools will streamline daily tasks, allowing the assistant to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
