The Commercial Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a large case load, and should be familiar with companies and industries related to mechanics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of commercial litigation - still have moldability but have skillsets; significant exposure to mechanics of deep commercial litigation and capacity to learn more.
- Meaningful courtroom and trail experience
- Experience actually leading trials not just participating
- Active License in the State of Florida and good understanding of Florida Bar
- Excellent legal writing skills - Able to independently draft substantive motions
- Coachable and hard working with something to prove
- Comfortable managing fastpaced, deadlinedriven litigation
- Able to handle highpressure environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Licensed in New York
- Jury trial experience (2 jury trials would be excellent)
- Specializations / board certified in any area
- Member of any professional organization
- Involved in volunteer organizations
- Published legal writing (articles, law review, etc.)
- Speaks Spanish
