Highly respected and rapidly growing litigation firm seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its sophisticated practice serving clients throughout Long Island, Manhattan, and the greater Tri-State area.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigator looking to work on complex, high-stakes business disputes alongside a team of accomplished trial attorneys, former judges, and highly experienced litigators with a strong reputation throughout New York.

Job Details

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial litigation experience including
  • Experience with business and partnership disputes, fraud/business tort litigation, breach of contract matters, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, civil forfeiture matters, and/or complex commercial litigation involving regulatory or criminal crossover issues
  • Experience handling matters from inception through resolution
  • Strong motion practice, deposition, court appearance, and case management experience
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Experience with fraud, business disputes, investigations, or other complex litigation matters is a plus
