This role focuses on commercial/business litigation, with opportunities to take meaningful responsibility across all phases of a case. Experience with insurance subrogation is a plus but not required.What You'll DoManage matters from case inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparationResearch, analyze, and draft high-quality briefs, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and motions to compel in state and federal courtsDraft and file pleadings and discovery responsesPrepare discovery materials, legal memoranda, and supporting researchRepresent clients in hearings and take fact‑witness depositionsCollaborate closely with partners and team members to develop case strategy and deliver excellent client serviceWhat You BringJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive Texas law license in good standing, with compliance with all CLE requirements3–7 years of litigation experience, ideally with commercial/business mattersExceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding caseloadA proactive, team‑oriented mindset and commitment to client serviceBenefits & PerksHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with up to 4% employer matchPaid time offPayment of Texas State Bar dues and CLE feesHybrid work option available after 60 days#J-18808-Ljbffr
