Seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a reputable law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial and civil disputes, including contract issues, business torts, real estate, construction, and liability claims.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Manage all litigation phases, such as discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and senior attorneys.
- Collaborate on litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license.
- Experience in commercial or complex civil litigation.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and office software.
