Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation

A nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its growing Florida practice in either Tampa or Naples.
This role offers hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to work closely with seasoned trial lawyers on sophisticated commercial matters, both locally and across offices.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Researching and drafting legal memoranda and dispositive motions
Appearing and arguing at hearings in state and federal court, as well as arbitration proceedings
Drafting and responding to written discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Managing smaller matters with limited supervision
Collaborating with teams across offices on larger, complex cases
Qualifications:
2–3 years of commercial litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and attention to detail
Interest in long-term growth with a clear path to partnership
