A premier international law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing sophisticated corporate clients in complex commercial disputes, high-stakes litigation, and other business-related controversies.
• Attorneys in law school classes 2020–2024 are encouraged to apply
• Experience handling commercial litigation, business disputes, or complex civil litigation gained at a sophisticated law firm
• Experience managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts
• Experience drafting dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other substantive filings
• Experience handling disputes involving contracts, business torts, shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, or other complex commercial matters is preferred
• Experience with arbitration, internal investigations, or appellate matters is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients and trial teams
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
